1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree to give us accurate, current information when you check out.

2. Our product

ThickenLabs Hair Density Roll-On Serum is a cosmetic product for external use on the scalp. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Check the ingredient list before use, do a patch test on a small area of skin first, and stop using it if irritation occurs. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are concerned about hair loss, talk to a doctor.

3. Product information and pricing

We try to describe our products and show prices accurately, but mistakes can happen. We may correct errors, change prices or update product information at any time without notice. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other content, you give us permission to use, display and share it on our site and marketing. You confirm that the content is yours, is honest and doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to ThickenLabs or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
