30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with ThickenLabs. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the date your order was delivered and we'll refund you. You don't need to send the product back.

How to request a refund

Email us at us@assistancedesk.net with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We reply within 2 business days.

What gets refunded

  • Refunds cover the price you paid for the products in your order.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
  • The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and applies only to orders placed on our website.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it's covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
