Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas with tracked shipping. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 6–10 business days. From the day you order, most customers receive their package in about 8–14 business days.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after it's created.

Delays and lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at us@assistancedesk.net with your order number. We'll look into it and send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. We can't redirect a package after it ships.
